Are my tickets refundable?
Yes, you can refund your entire order (except for the convenience fee) anytime before the time of the show. Unfortunately, we can’t offer partial refunds.
A refund of your order, in most cases, returns the cost of your ticket(s) back to your original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal, debit card), except for non-refundable convenience fee.
If I don't need all of the tickets I purchased, can I request a partial refund?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer partial refunds. If some of your party can’t make it, you may try refunding or exchanging your entire purchase and repurchasing the correct number of tickets. However, please note that If you choose to exchange/refund your original order and repurchase, we cannot guarantee that there will be tickets left, especially for high-demand films.
If my showtime has passed, can I still refund my purchase?
No. Once your showtime has passed, we are unable to process a refund.
When will my refund be processed?
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive your request.
Can I refund my purchase to a different card?
No. Refunds must be processed back to the original method of payment.
Tickets purchased through Fandango.
Tickets that were purchased through Fandango and not evocinemas.com may be refunded through Fandango. To receive a refund from Fandango, please contact them at least 2 hours before your movie showtime at 1-866-857-5191 or request a refund through Fandango’s customer service form.
